Grill service across Ladera Ranch
We work all over Ladera Ranch, including Covenant Hills, Terramor, the original Ladera villages and homes near Ladera Ranch's town center. Backyards here were designed for outdoor living, so built-in grills are everywhere, and plenty from the early 2000s are now due for new burners or igniters.

What the hills do to a grill in Ladera Ranch
Every fall the Santa Anas blow grit under grill covers and into cabinets. It ends up inside burner tubes, where it mixes with grease and blocks the flame. If your flames look yellow instead of blue, that's usually why. We suggest a teardown cleaning every 6 to 12 months here.
Common grill problems we fix in Ladera Ranch
- Covers that trap grit. Dust collects under covers and grinds into the finish. We clean the exterior and show you how to keep the cover clean.
- Grit in the firebox. Wind blows dust under covers, where it sticks to grease. A teardown cleaning gets it out of every layer.
- Burners that light weak or not at all. Spiders build webs inside the burner tubes, especially after Santa Ana season. We clear the tubes and check the flame on every burner.
We don't just brush the grates. The grill comes apart, every part gets degreased and steamed, and we check burners, igniters and valves before reassembling it. Read how a cleaning works.
