Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of ocbbqpros.com and to service you book with OC BBQ Pros. By booking service, you agree to them.

Appointments

Appointment times are confirmed by phone, text or email. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. You agree to give us safe access to the grill and, for cleanings, a working water hookup.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. If the grill's size, condition or setup is different when we arrive, we'll explain any change in price before starting work. You approve repair and parts costs before we install anything.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Grill and equipment purchases may require a deposit.

Your grill and property

We protect your patio and surrounding surfaces during service. Older grills can have parts that are already rusted, cracked or seized, and these can break when removed for cleaning. If that happens, we'll show you and quote a replacement. Please tell us about any known gas leaks or damage before we start.

Products and warranties

New grills and parts we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms for our own labor will be provided with your invoice.
